  • 1. Where can I book or buy tickets?

    You can buy tickets:

    – at our ticket office, every day from 10 am to 7 pm

    You can book tickets:

  • 2. Can I return tickets?

    You can return:

    – individual tickets, not later than 2 days before the play

    – group tickets (10 people or more), not later than 10 days before the play

    Only with receipts.

    If you want to get a refund on your credit card, you need to bring the card you used to purchase the tickets.

  • 3. Can I take my seat if I'm late?

    No. You can take your sit during the break.

  • 4. Are there any discounts for students?

    No. You can buy aisle seats from 39 zl.

  • 5. Can I rebook my reservation?

    Yes, you can.

  • 6. Can I rebook tickets that I've already payed for?

    Yes, you can, but you have to do it 2 days before the play (latest).

  • 7. Are there any parking spots?

    Yes, we have a few limited spots in front of the theatre entrance. You can also park at nearby streets (Marszałkowska or Przechodnia), as well as at a parking at pl. Bankowy.

  • 8. What access services are there for disabled people?

    Disabled people can only enter the Main Stage, as the Small Stage is located on the second floor. We can assist disabled people and help access the Main Stage, as there are a few steps.

    The best seats for disabled people are aisle seats in the last rows.

  • 9. Do I have to come to the theatre to pay for my tickets?

    No. You can pay online (a few days before the play). The tickets will be waiting for you at our ticket office and you can pick them up 30 minutes before the play.

  • 10. Is there air conditioning?
